Splatt Lawyr’s funds the current treatment and rehabilitation costs of patients who may, in the future, be entitled to funds due to legal proceedings.

How We Help Treatment Providers

We’ve worked with treatment providers in Queensland for over 30 years, so we know the frustrations you face with insurance companies, like:

  • Enduring constant harassment from claims managers
  • Having caps on treatment plans
  • Writing regular reports for the insurer

That’s where Splatt Lawyer’s injury rehab can assist. Once we fund your client’s treatment, we take over negotiations with the insurance company, significantly reducing your interactions with them.

Splatt Lawyers funds legal matters for incidents that occurred in Queensland. Sadly, we cannot fund events that happen in other states.

The maximum value of rehab funding depends on the patient’s unique circumstances. Splatt Lawyers will advise you on the maximum value following their case assessment. Depending on the patient’s recovery progress, further funding can be approved in some cases.

Some insurance companies and workers’ compensation providers try to stop or deny benefits to patients before they finish their prescribed treatment plan. Splatt Lawyers seeks to redress this injustice. So, our rehab funding is for legitimate expenses associated with medical treatment and rehabilitation.

  1. Call Splatt Lawyers or send us an email with your contact details, and we will call you to discuss your specific circumstances.
  2. We will assess whether your patient qualifies for rehab funding.
  3. When approved, we create the necessary documents so you can commence treatment immediately.

Yes, in some cases, you can be granted additional funding.

While we need to have some reasonable limits on our funding, we believe rehabilitation and treatment decisions are solely for the patient in consultation with their treatment providers.
